Who I See

For individual therapy, I work with individuals ages 17 and up navigating identity development, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-worth, trauma, anxiety, and other mood disorders.

How I Work

With an understanding that healing and progress look different for everyone, I provide a person-centered, collaborative approach and work with clients to identify goals that are meaningful to them, while respecting and valuing their unique experiences, culture, and history. I take an eclectic approach, utilizing mindfulness, self-compassion, parts work (informed by Internal Family Systems), and attachment theory to collaborate with you in order to find your unique path towards healing.

Within the therapy space, we will explore challenges you are facing in your life in a compassionate and nonjudgmental way. I take a relational approach, and believe that the relationship between therapist and client is a safe and effective space to practice vulnerability, curiosity, mindfulness, boundary setting, and emotional regulation.

I am dedicated to creating a safe space where you can freely explore and expand your self-knowledge. We will welcome all parts of you in order to increase understanding, compassion, and patience for the ways that you have adapted to the world around you.

I believe in working together with clients to identify patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, make connections, and encourage healing and change through empathy, compassion, education, and support.

I provide in-office therapy for anyone in the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding area.

My office is conveniently located in Midtown OKC

telehealth services

I provide telehealth services for anyone in the state of Oklahoma.

Fees and insurance

insurance accepted

I am currently an in-network provider for Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthChoice, and United Healthcare/Optum/UMR.

Specific fees, including deductibles, copays, and coinsurances are determined by your insurance plan. I encourage all clients to check with their insurance provider first to understand how your services will be covered.

fee for service

Without insurance, my fee for service is $160 per individual therapy session.

Those who are self-pay will sign a Good Faith Estimate as part of their intake paperwork per the No Surprises Act.

I reserve a percentage of my caseload for clients who need a reduced rate.
