Hi! I’m Alexis and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma. I attended the University of Oklahoma for my undergraduate and graduate schooling, and have a Master of Education in Professional Counseling. Before beginning individual therapy work, I worked as a high school counselor and advocate where I used trauma-informed practices to help adolescents and families with a diverse set of needs. Through that experience, I got to experience the process of coming alongside individuals to learn more about themselves, process their experiences, and reach their goals. I now take that passion into my current therapy practice.

I value showing up as a full human as a therapist and will spend our time together learning more about you, laughing with you (when appropriate, of course), and holding space for anything and everything you want to bring to session.
